New acquisitions of Czech research, Inc.

In September there has been finished and signed transaction documents in which Český výzkum a.s. (Czech Research, Inc.) has become an owner of two research and development institutes – Innovation and Technological Centre Panenské Břežany (Inovační technologické centrum VÚK, a. s.) and Research Institute of Metals (VÚK Kovohutě, Ltd.) nearby Prague.

This year we expect to finish one more acquisition in Czech Republic and next year we open head office in Brussels to bring us fully advantage of our presidency of EU in the first half of the year 2009.

New CEO of Innovation and Technological Centre, Inc. has become Veronika Komorousová, M.S. (board member of Czech research, Inc.) and new head of VÚK Kovohutě, Ltd.
